The automatic, pneumatic process solves the problem of food waste disposal in an ideal and clean way. After putting the waste into the input station, the further procedure runs odour-free and in a closed system. The waste is transported from the feeding station to a special storage tank by using a vaccum suction system. On its way the waste material is already broken down to avoid deposits in the transport lines. An immediate wetwaste crushing, homogenizing and reduction into a liquid stage takes place inside the storage tank to obtain an optimum utilization. It’s not necessary to add water (unnecessary loss of storage volume).
