Reworker
Rothenburg RBSX Reworker are used to rework and feed tempered or frozen bulk butter blocks of 25 kg. The standard version is laid out for a temperature of –4°C or 25°F and a capacity of 6 t/h.
For frozen blocks (-18°C or – 1°F) a combination of two reworkers, one equipped with a block breaker on top, is used.
Feeding of the reworkers can either be manual or by a conveyor belt. Rothenburg Reworkers are laid out for CIP cleaning and meet USFA Standards.
The Reworker, our system for butter conditioning, meets and exceeds the demands for hygiene by the USDA. It is the only Rework System that meets these standards.
