Continous Whipping Systems
The whipping machines, although they are of the same basic principle, are especially designed for each product. The standard version contents mainly of a dosing pump, a high speed mixer and a dosing system for gas. In every System an automatic gas dosing station with flowmeter and regulation valve are included. This way a constant foam weight can be assured at different massflows.
The RPMs of the pumps and the mixer are regulated electronically. For the continous dosing of different additives like fruit- or herbes paste additional dosing pumps can be delivered. Equipped with the adequate flowmeter and regulation system a precise proportion regulation is possible. The whipping system are delivered ready for operation and the assembling effort is very low.
