Rothenburg Uni-Inserter
System: Rothenburg RUI - Rothenburg universal mixing and homogenizing system/inserter for the conditioning of foodstuffs e.g. dairy products, butter, cheese, yoghurt, cream, paste, candies, chocolate products.
The Rothenburg RUI system is a modular system for a multi purpose operation of a big variety of different products for mixing, conditioning, homogenizing and pitching e.g.
• Butter without additives up to a water content of 40%
• Pitching and mixing of chocolate products
• Manufacturing of yohurt, cream, drinks, fruit juice with
a range of capacity at the moment of 100kg to 3000kg per
hour per modular unit
The whole System is designed for CIP and meets the expectations of the USDA.

From the butter machine the butter is fed into the buttersilo. The feeding screws from the silo feed the butter continously into the butterpump. The butterpump feeds the butter into the inline mixer. The water, the spices which are premixed with water or another additive in a feeding hopper with a slow running agitator, from there a metering pump feeds the spice mixture t into the mixing head. Over the controller the ratio between butter and the additve is free chooseable. There also is the possibility that you add more then one additive at the time into the mixing procedure.
The inline mixer and the discharge pipe are doublewalled and need chilled water to prevent a temperature rise. The mixed butter can be fed directly into the packing machine. By adding Nitrogen into the mixing head you can produce soft, whipped butter.
