Butter Churns
The Rothenburg butter churn turns cream into butter using a not continuous batch system. The sizes are individual but e.g. standard sizes would be 150 l or 250 l cream per batch.
The Butter Churn has a continuously variable drive for the buttering- and kneading process, the range of adjustment is from 7.9 min over 39 min-1. Discharge openings are the quick-clamp cover, a buttermilk-drain as well as a lateral mounted sightglass. The entire system is made of AISI 304, the welding seams are stained and grounded.
